Aydin Warranty Policy (PDF)
Prior to contacting the Customer Service Department, please have the following product details readily available in order to receive an authorized RMA number (as detailed in our Return & Repair Policy):
Please note: ALL products being returned for repairs (both warranty and non-warranty) must receive an authorized RMA number PRIOR to being shipped back to Aydin. This RMA number must be referenced on all inquiries, shipping documents, carton labels, and / or purchase orders.
In-Warranty Repairs
If the product is under warranty, Aydin Displays will repair or replace the unit, at our discretion, at no charge to the customer.
All repairs (covered under the evaluation stemming from the original RMA) are guaranteed for 90 days after the date of shipment back to the customer, or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is the most beneficial.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If the product is no longer under warranty (as listed above), Aydin Displays will perform an evaluation and provide an estimate for the repair costs to the customer, within 7 – 10 business days of the receipt of the unit.
Upon customer approval of the repair costs, Aydin Displays will proceed with the repairs.
All repairs (covered under the evaluation stemming from the original RMA) are guaranteed for 90 days after the date of shipment back to the customer, or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is the most beneficial.
